These Terms and Conditions of Bolton and Company Limited apply to all sales from the online website www.boltons.ie
By placing your order with Bolton and Company Limited, you accept these as the only terms governing your order.

Orders placed on www.boltons.ie -?As the person ordering the stamp/goods, you are responsible for ensuring that all the information entered is correct.  Please be careful when entering orders that you check your typed copy and size as shown on proof provided/product reference numbers. It is also assumed that in ordering a stamp it will be for your normal commercial/private use; that it will not be used for any fraudulent purposes and that you are legally entitled to use any logos or similar devices in the normal course of your business/private activity. We reserve the right not to manufacture any customised stamp, the content of which we may deem to be offensive.  You will be informed that we are unable to produce your order and any monies paid will be refunded in full.
 
Custom Stamp , Name Badge and Sign Orders -?All orders placed are accepted as firm and binding, they may be produced within hours of receipt.  Therefore, any alterations or amendments can only be accepted without charge if production had not begun.  PLEASE BE CAREFUL TO FULLY CHECK ALL THE DETAILS OF YOUR ORDER, INCLUDING ALL TEXT ON A CUSTOM STAMP AND SIZE SHOWN ON PROOF PROVIDED, BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.?The ordering party is responsible for entering the correct e-mail address and full postal address, including the postcode, during the ordering process.?All orders received via the website will be acknowledged by a system generated e-mail.  If a system generated e-mail is not received, you should assume your order has not been received and should contact 00353-(0)1-4754774.?As a custom stamp, name badge or sign is manufactured specifically for an individual, we can only accept returns for quality or where we have failed to meet our promise.  Such returns can only be accepted if notified within 7 days of receipt of order.?
 
Payments
We can accept most methods of payment. For convenience and security there is a secure credit card payment system through the website using PayPal. We can also accept payment by Credit Card over the phone by calling 00353-(0)1 4754774 between 9.00am and 5.30am Monday to Friday. A credit card receipt will be issued with a VAT invoice together with the dispatched goods.
For Cheque or BACS payments the ordering party will receive
an order pre-confirmation with a pro forma invoice. Once payment has been confirmed goods will be dispatched together with receipted invoice.
 
Return / Refund Policy -?All defective or incorrect products must be returned directly to Bolton and Company Limited, at 9 Lower Camden Street, Dublin 2. within 7 working days of delivery.  Every effort will be made to correct the fault and/or supply replacement goods at no extra cost.  If the company is unable to do so, then a complete credit will be given to the value of the goods, plus any postage charges, including VAT at the rate charged.?Goods without any error/damage will not be taken back unless Bolton and Company Limited agrees to do so.  Defective goods over 3 months old must be returned to Bolton and Company Limited for inspection.  No refund can be given if goods are not returned. 
 
Product Guarantee -?All our products are made to the highest standards and carry a minimum guarantee period of one year, under normal usage conditions.  This guarantee excludes self-inking stamps where a replacement pad is required, and pre-ink stamps and flash stamps, where the product needs re-inking.  Self-inking stamps, pre-ink stamps and flash stamps have a limited life of quality impressions before a new replacement pad or re-inking fluid needs to be applied.? ?
 
Delivery -?All orders are dispatched by COURIER SERVICE?and require a signature on delivery.
A tracking number will be attached to all orders and can be traced through Courier website?
Delivery Charges -?OVERNIGHT COURIER is €5.85 + VAT
 
 
?Lost Goods -?Should the goods fail to arrive within 10 days of ordering, please notify us on our customer care number 00353-(0)1-4754774.  In any event, failure to notify within 30 days will mean that we are unable to supply replacement goods without charge. ?
 
 
Privacy Policy -? The ordering party’s personal details will be used to handle the order only and the information will not be passed on to any third parties. With the exception of the details of the financial transaction, the details of your order will be retained for at least six months.? ?
